Thank you LaVerne Gyant
Please join us as we say THANK YOU to LaVerne Gyant for her time and service on the Community Foundation Board of Directors. LaVerne served on the Community Foundation Board from 2014-2019, representing DeKalb.

Census 2020 Matters!
April 1, 2020 is Census Day. An accurate count of Illinois' population is essential to ensure that the State receives the funding it needs to properly care for its residents and provide critical services and programs.

Participation is very important to funding and support for local programs and organizations

Welcome Justin Wegener

Justin’s grandfather, James Meyer, served on the original Community Foundation Board (1993-1998) representing the community of Somonauk. “It’s an honor to follow in his footsteps some 26 years later and serve DeKalb County as he did,” said Justin.
