"A Living Sanctuary: Who Will You Harbor?"
Reverend Mary Ann Macklin
In this worship service, we will explore the theme of identity and sanctuary.  What does it mean to find safe harbor?  To offer sanctuary?   In these times of rising hostilities, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids and divisiveness, we liberal religious seekers must embrace our shadow and light, allowing "love to guide us through the hard night."
This Sunday in Religious Education: Identity
What's Happening in Religious Education this week?
Preschool will learn about the orange promise: offer kindness as they hear the story of Theodore Parker and the turtle. K+ will be learning about all the sources of our Unitarian Universalist faith. Our 11:15am 3rd-6th graders will explore how their identity as Unitarian Universalists calls them into changing our world. Our Whole Lives sexuality education concludes this week for our 7th & 8th graders.  High school youth are attending a youth conference in Michigan this weekend!

Visiting Day!
Parents are welcome to come visit our preschool and K+ classrooms after service so your child can show you around the classroom and you can meet their teachers.
Getting Involved Fair This Sunday!
Looking for new ways to seek the spirit, build community and change the world? This Sunday,  groups from our church will be available during coffee hour in Fellowship Hall to assist you. Friendly folks will be standing by, ready to share info, answer questions, and invite you to get involved in activities and serve the church in ways that interest you.   --Ann LeDuc, Connections Coordinator

Support for Ranger Run Team
Our Run Ranger Run team is in the final week.  We will be pushing hard to meet our mileage of 565 miles with 152 to go.  We have raised $630 so far.  That is $1.11 per mile. Can we increase that?  If you've been intending to donate and haven't yet here is your chance. http://bit.ly/2msBB5F.
