G.T. Reilly & Company announces promotions
G.T. Reilly & Company has announced the promotions of several professionals on its staff:
Sean S. McNeil, CPA, was promoted to Accounting & Auditing Supervisor. McNeil received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College, and joined G.T. Reilly in 2013. He also received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He lives in Avon.
Michael A. Abrahamian was promoted to In-Charge Accountant & Auditor. Abrahamian joined the firm in 2017 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College. He lives in Allston.
Jennifer C. Murgia was promoted to In-Charge Accountant & Auditor. Murgia joined the firm in 2017 after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bridgewater State University. She lives in Walpole.
Matthew Q. Murray was promoted to In-Charge Accountant & Auditor. Murray joined the firm in 2017 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College. He lives in Dorchester.

The Chamber held its 125th Annual Meeting last week and highlighted the event by announcing its new name, brand and website.

Michael Kennedy, Norwood Bank, Ashley Mansfield, Dedham High School and Tim McCabe, The League School were all welcomed as new members of the Board of Directors.
Board members who completed their terms were Dana Bottorff, GT Reilly & Co., Brian Johnson and Nancy Levine, RMS Mortgage.
Additionally the Chamber welcomed its new Board Chair, Alisia St. Florian, Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane, while acknowledging the work of Past Chair, Cindy Peterson, Brigham & Women's/Mass General Health Care Center.

Medical Leave Info

Draft regulations regarding the Paid Family and Medical Leave law in Massachusetts have been announced and are now available for review on the
Department of Family and Medical Leave's website
. Members may also find information on employer contribution rates, program implementation timeline, frequently asked questions and a schedule of public listening sessions.
The Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD) will be holding public listening sessions throughout the Commonwealth with respect to the draft regulations. Members are encouraged to attend these events to share their comments and concerns with the draft regulations.

Mark your calendar for the tastiest event of the Year! The Taste of the Neponset River Region is set for Thursday, March 28th from 5:30 to 8:00 PM.
We will return to the Norwood Space Center which turned out to be a great venue for last year's event. Sample the finest food and drink the region has to offer!
