I hope this action-packed Update finds you safe and well.

At the start of this month we launched the first national CDN Workforce Survey – it’s already received a fantastic number of responses! The purpose of the survey is to identify the upskilling priorities of our colleagues right across the college sector, and crucially how you want to learn. Your answers will shape the design of all our professional learning courses and events into the future. We're looking for responses from ALL members of the college workforce across Scotland. The survey will be close on 31 March – so please do take the survey here today!

We have recently launched the highly-anticipated Virtual College Expo22 which will take place on Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 June, with the theme - Rewrite the College Story: Learning Experiences, Skills Development, Anchoring Communities. We continue to offer a wide range of impactful courses and events to support your professional development. Take a moment and have a look at what's on offer below and on our events section of the website.

Colleges as Enablers of Sustainable, Inclusive Economic Growth
Scotland’s colleges are key drivers of regional development, and a new national programme, supported by CDN, will explore how they can play this crucial role as successfully as possible in the face of continuing rapid economic change.

The programme is providing a semi-structured framework for facilitating self-reflective and honest conversations initially with college senior leaders and latterly with them and their partners by applying a unique diagnostic tool to review and refocus the strategies of college regions as anchor institutions for enabling collaborative regional economic recovery and renewal.
