Meet Chris Trapp, Paint Department Manager. 

Chris graduated from Plymouth State with his Masters in Business Administration. With a passion for cars, he worked in the Automotive industry for 14 years. In his spare time, Chris likes to ride his bike and explore new areas!

Chris is replacing Jason Metcalf, our outgoing Paint Department Manager. Jason has worked for the company in various roles for over 25 years and has been promoted to Assistant Manager of the Home & Garden Department.

12 Volt Cordless Tools

An example of a good place to go with the 12 volt tools is in a roadside service kit for your car or truck. An impact wrench, tire inflator, and light will make an unexpected tire change much faster and easier, and the kit will take up little space.

With its lighter weight, smaller size, and lower price, the 12 volt platform is not to be overlooked. 

Vycor® Pro Flashing Tape

Vycor® Pro is a butyl-based flashing tape for window and door installation which offers a significant upgrade in performance over asphalt-based flashing tapes.  It is a 12mm thick product which is half the thickness of asphalt tape and results in negligible buildup around window and door flanges and overlap, making trim application that much easier.  It’s minimal thickness also allows for better and more complete adhesion to irregular surfaces, and is compatible with all available house wraps on the market. 

It offers a much wider working temperature, from 25° F to over 150° F, and exposure time is rated at 120 days which is double that of others and is important on Nantucket where construction times can be extended. Vycor® Pro complies with all major window and door manufacturers recommendations, which is important due to warranty considerations which may arise in the future.
