Anderson Students Present at UROC

UNM’s recent Undergraduate Research Opportunity Conference featured two Anderson undergraduate finance students, giving them valuable research experience and refining independent learning, all while gaining practical finance experience. Nikolaos Mavridis discussed his findings on active versus passive investment methods, and Luke McGowen focused on the new tax exemption regarding Social Security income. Both students presented April 21 and were advised by Anderson faculty member Subramanian Iyer. Congratulations to all!

Anderson Undergraduate Ethics Case Competition

Anderson hosted the second Undergraduate Ethics Case Competition April 28. For the first time, the competition was open to all UNM undergraduate students. Four teams participated, all producing outstanding analysis and great presentations. Teams showed remarkable skills and creativity in the application of ethical principles to business scenarios. Based on this encouraging outcome, the competition is planned to continue as a stable feature of Anderson’s spring semester.

Summer Course Registration

Summer and Fall Registration is Open!

Please don't wait to register; classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. Early registration allows our academic departments to offer adequate classes to accommodate students across all programs. It also allows for more diverse course offerings for students to choose from. Delayed registration ultimately leads to course cancellations, which affect everyone.
