FMCSA Extends Compliance Date
of the Lease & Interchange Rule
This extension of the compliance date is necessary to provide time to consider all the issues raised in comments to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) and to publish a final rule, while giving motor carriers sufficient time to comply with the revised requirements.

Travel Advisory - Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Thruway
Fellow member, Rich Gilbert of Visit Maryland, shared information that may impact your travel. We want you to be aware, in case you missed it.
Travelers may want to avoid I-895, the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Thruway. Road construction will have travel restricted to one lane in each direction, for the next 3 years.
