Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky & Southwest Ohio (MHANKYSWOH) presents its 6th Annual Education Summit, Rediscovering Wellness by Embodying New Tricks, happening on May 9, 2023 at the St. Elizabeth Technology and Education Center in Erlanger, KY.
Regional and national experts provide emerging, evidence-based practices to help you add new knowledge and skills into your practice and your daily life. From lived experience to academic lecture to hands-on somatic (body) learning, you'll walk away with a new mindset on wellness and techniques to keep you looking and feeling your best.
This event is great for social workers, counselors, educators, behavioral health practitioners, frontline health, emergency services providers, peers, and anyone supporting the health and wellness of others. Partners are invited to join to introduce attendees to their programs and services.

Cincinnati Museum Center has partnered with Adopt A Class and Crayons to Computers to provide field trip opportunities for aspiring innovators and entrepreneurs. The opportunities for fifth grade students provide a first-hand look at the world of innovation.
Nearly two of every three children in Warren County (8,000+) now receive a free book in the mail each month through the partnership of the Warren County Imagination Library and Warren County Foundation. 200,000+ books have been delivered in the first three years of the program.

Interact for Health recently opened its first-round of 2023 grant applications. The $2.6M in funding are directly tied to the foundation’s new strategic plan, which will prioritize mental health and well-being with a strong focus on youth mental health, investments in policy and systems change, and building community power. Bethany Legacy Foundation grant application portal is launched and ready to receive applications. Non-profit organizations who serve youth, adults, and seniors in need are encouraged to develop initiatives and to apply for grants that fall within their funding priorities. The Joe Burrow Foundation (JBF) has launched a new grant application program called “Do Good” grants and will consider requests of up to $50,000. Project proposals must support the JBF mission in new and innovative ways. The foundation is interested in supporting projects that develop new pathways for mental health protection and food insecurity that are sustainable and designed to have lasting impact.
