May in Massachusetts

"The word May is a perfumed word... It means youth, love, song; and all that is beautiful in life."

— Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

May is magical in Massachusetts! It’s that enchanting month when whale watching commences, hidden gardens emerge, baby farm animals arrive, Swan Boats take to the Lagoon, everything comes alive, and we welcome Memorial Day, the ‘unofficial’ start of Summer. May is Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and we’re blooming with events, concerts, art walks, open studios, and Mother’s Day activities. Memorable May moments are made possible by Massachusetts.
