The Classic Center has gone mobile!


We are thrilled that events are coming back to Athens and that we're getting to see our wonderful patrons in person. As our calendar fills, we want to officially share with you that we have transitioned to 100% mobile ticketing for a more convenient experience that puts you in control. Our goal is to reduce hand-to-hand contact, wait times, and lost tickets. With mobile ticketing you can view, manage, and transfer tickets from your smart phone or computer. But don't worry! We're here to guide you through this enhanced experience. 


Introducing My Account
  • My Account gives you the power to view your order history, renew season subscriptions, download upcoming tickets, transfer tickets to friends if you can’t make it to an event, and, in some cases, exchange your tickets. Because you have purchased tickets with us, you already have an account. If you have never activated your account, contact [email protected] or call 706.357.4444, and we will assist you.  


  • Upon purchasing a ticket online, by phone, or by walk-up, you will receive an email from [email protected] with the subject line “Your Mobile Tickets Have Arrived.”
  • Click the link in the email and download tickets to your phone's mobile wallet or save the pdf on your phone.


  • Patrons should download tickets prior to arriving at the event to guarantee access regardless of internet or cell phone service.
