Fall 2019

 Dear Healthcare Leaders,

Our Chapter has had a busy few months filled with many opportunities for networking and learning.

The fall season began with our Annual Meeting where we awarded our Chapter’s Administrative Achievement Award and several ACHE Service Awards. The chapter had 4 Service award winners, 1 Distinguished Service Award winner, and 2 Exemplary Service Award winners. We are fortunate to have these awardees with such long records of service to the organization!

This fall we also held our first Volunteer Appreciation Event. This allowed us the opportunity to give thanks to those who offer hours of their time towards the chapter. All who attended had a nice time and we look forward to future ways to recognize our many volunteers. A big thank you to the organizers of this event, and to all of the volunteers this year.

We wrapped up the fall season of programming with a Holiday Networking event in partnership with DVHIMSS colleagues. This was well attended and included great food, networking, a keynote speaker, and donations to a local charity

Looking ahead to early 2020, please mark your calendars for the Lee White Innovation Institute in February, Breakfast with the Regents in early March, and ACHE Congress in late March.

Best Wishes for the Holiday Season,

Emily Burrell, FACHE
