From Survival to Second Chances

These cats come from a long-standing outdoor colony in a rural township, where hundreds of free-roaming feral cats faced years of unchecked reproduction and limited access to veterinary care. That began to change this year through collaboration, as our shelter partnered with the local township and AWS partners to launch a program designed to create lasting, community-wide impact.

We were so grateful to participate in Ironstone Impact’s Lip Sync Battle, where we proudly placed second. The impact was doubled when Ironstone’s $100,000 donation was unexpectedly matched by generous donor Peter Cook, making an even bigger difference for animals in our care!
