Join us for a benefit concert in support of Grandmother Josephine Mandamin, who is once again walking for the water. Starting at Spirit Mountain, Duluth Minnesota, and heading east along the shores of Lakes Superior, Huron, Erie and Ontario. The walk is approximately 2285 km, and is expected to take approximately 4 to 5 months. Mandamin first began walking for water to raise awareness of the pollution and poisoning of our water in 2003. Since then she has walked around the Great Lakes, and to-date has walked over 25,000 km. This summer will be Grandmother Josephine’s final walk.
When: Thursday, June 1 at 7 pm (doors open at 6:30 pm)
