Concrete is a unique material that combines the organic characteristics of natural stone with the ability to be cast into any shape. Using tints and precision blends of admixtures it can be manufactured with a vast spectrum of finishes. With striking and sophisticated forms, the Kast series of concrete hand-wash basins have been designed to make the most of these properties.
With a basin to suit every setting, the Kast range has customizable options for size, color and style. Each basin is made to order at our factory in the UK, allowing you to tailor designs for a perfect match in your build. With our ability to produce bespoke items or larger runs, Kast basins are ideal for development projects as well as the domestic market.

Mixing Patterns and Textures
Pattern is really key this season – and not just one pattern but a combination of styles used together. The key is to keep the color palette the same tonally so that everything is at the same intensity, either soft or bold, and it will all balance visually.

Pattern and Texture Mixing Guidelines
|
Distribute patterns and textures evenly throughout the room. If the majority are all on one side of the room the whole space could feel unbalanced.
Don’t place too many patterns or textures on top off each other (break them up with solids). The eye needs a place to rest and too much could feel chaotic.
Patterns and textures don’t have to be different colors. Tone-on-tone can give a room depth and character while remaining elegant.
Light will affect texture: direct light will enhance it, whereas diffused light will detract from it. Every texture also reflects light differently, so use shiny reflective textures where more light is needed and darker, more absorbent textures where the light level is high.

Going Bold
While we're all for tried-and-true neutrals, there's something alluring about a room that's bursting with color.
Bold color palettes can be simple and classic. Black and white, or a pairing of two primary colors, provide a high-contrast combination with enduring sophistication.
