Protecting Sparkling Beverages - Carbon Dioxide is one of the only industrial gases used as an ingredient in beverages. The quality of this gas is subject to stringent industry specifications that are set and controlled by both bulk gas suppliers and the beverage companies receiving the gas. Industry guidelines, such as those set by ISBT, ensure a harmonised global standard is in place to protect the brands and consumers from quality incidents. Beverage manufacturers can further protect quality by installing CO2 Polishing Filtration from Sure Purity.
CryoVation W50: Higher Flow rate with Lower maintenance than Previous Models - The CryoVation W50 is a liquid transfer pump fitted with operating controls. The unit is designed to receive liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) or nitrous oxide (N20) at an inlet pressure of about 300 PSIG (17.6 kg/cm2), and deliver it into portable cylinders at a regulated pressure ranging from about 400 PSIG (28.2 kg/cm2) to 900 PSIG (63.3 kg/cm2).
