ISBT Hosts Successful ISBT Europe Meeting!
Last week, we had an amazing time at the ISBT Europe Conference! Over two productive days, we engaged in insightful discussions and showcased fascinating exhibitions.
Highlights included, talks on the global orange concentrate shortage and Alicyclobacillus spoilage, plus a plant tour of Döhler's facility as well as EU regulatory updates and their impact on ingredients, along with updated guidelines from the Sensory Committee including Sensory training sessions that offered hands-on learning to refine our taste evaluation skills. After a packed day of learning, we unwound at Darmstadt's beach club, where we strengthened connections and built new partnerships for future collaborations.
