The Structural Engineers Association of Massachusetts Young Members Group (SEAMASS YMG) seeks your participation in a BRIEF Compensation and Satisfaction Survey of structural engineering professionals.

With this survey, we aim to deepen our understanding of our industry group and to help everyone achieve their professional and financial goals.

The data from this anonymous survey will build on our previous survey, distributed in 2022, with the intent of informing both employees and employers so they can make better decisions going forward.

All survey responses are anonymous. No identifying information is collected.

All questions are optional; however, the more complete each response is, the better the metrics will serve to characterize the state of our profession.

PLEASE SHARE THE SURVEY LINK with your co-workers and colleagues in the structural engineering communit and encourage them to participate.

The survey will be open through July 2025, but don't wait to participate!

Once it closes, the SEAMASS YMG will develop and distribute a report of the results.
