Your Inside Scoop | June 2022
From the Executive Director
We are wrapping up another very busy season, and - once again we had a lot of changes all throughout the year. While the impacts of the pandemic continue to be felt, we're delighted to have just completed our in-person Music of the World programs, to have brought so much music to kids in person and online throughout the season, to have had such a wonderful in-person fundraiser after an unexpected three year hiatus, and to be announcing a variety of programs and offerings for the new season that is just around the corner.

We cannot do our work without donors. We are so thankful to everyone who supported in-person and from a distance for our Through the Looking Glass event. If you were not able to do either, it's not too late to contribute before the end of our fiscal year on June 30th. If you're in Denver, you could even win a photography package! See below for more details.

This Summer: Meet the Instruments
August 2022:

Meet the Instruments is coming to a metro Denver park near you! Join us in August to dance, play, listen, and imagine as you learn about some common (and not-so-common) instruments in an orchestra.
Announcing the new season!
We have a delightful new season to share with you, including the world premiere of an original project that will kick off with a special event at Denver Art Museum! We are still adding Tiny Tots dates for next season, but individual tickets are now available for purchase, in addition to family packs. With family packs, you get tickets for one concert for each series in the 22-23 season. You can use them on the date of your choice.
Fall 2022

Featuring an original story, original illustrations, and original score by Emmy award-winning composer Charles Denler. Join us for a large-scale musical story time, with music, dance, puppetry, and theatre.

All children will go home with a copy of the bilingual book!
December 2022

Families will enjoy their favorite holiday music along with the orchestra and special guests including singalongs, musical appearances from favorite holiday characters, and traditional orchestral works alongside holiday pop favorites.
April 2023

Children will join a teaching artist and special guests on a quest to explore the orchestra and instruments while working together to discover mysterious sounds, musical secrets and treasures.
July 2023

Children will help the orchestra create, build and even tear down some fun musical structures during these outdoor performances.
Win a Deluxe Portrait Session
Have you been meaning or wanting to get family, newborn photos, pet photos, or all of the above? Good news!
