Can I quote a vehicle without a VIN in Contact PL?
Yes, a vehicle can be quoted without a VIN. Enter 17 ones (1's) in the VIN field and continue entering the year, make and model manually to generate the VICC code. 

Please note the rate could change when the actual VIN is entered in Contact PL.
