Helen Adams Keller (June 27, 1880 – 1 June 1968) was an American author, disability rights advocate, political activist and lecturer. Born in West Tuscumbia, Alabama, she lost her sight and hearing after a bout of illness at the age of nineteen months. She then communicated primarily using home signs until the age of seven when she met her first teacher and life-long companion, Anne Sullivan who taught her language, including reading and writing;

Connections - How many did you make this week? Were they directly useful for you, or did you make a connection to help someone else? Have you ever thought, "Didn't make any useful connections there." But how do you know?
Did you ask those you spoke to this week who they know, and were you able to go deeper and ask who they know? Well, at top level, why not ask - "Do you know xyz"? You just never know who knows who. A sound reason to never dismiss anyone.
Keep on making those connections, building relationships to strengthen yours and other people's connections and businesses. And of course, the other "must-do" of networking is to follow-up afterwards, even if it's just to email and say "Great t meet you, see you next time".
