CoC Two-Part Info Sessions

In preparation for the upcoming Notice of Funding Opportunities Application for FY26 HUD CoC Funding, the Three County Continuum of Care welcomes all community partners to participate in a two-part info session.

What is The Three County CoC? Info Session

Monday, May 18, 2026: 12p-1:30p over Zoom

This training will provide an overview of the role and purpose of the CoC how communities work together to respond to homelessness. A CoC exists to make sure our homelessness response system actually works for the people it is meant to serve by coordinating resources, services, and community partners to help individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness become permanently housed and stabilized, not stuck in the system. Through a collaborative and inclusive community process, the Three County CoCs strives to build strong, effective systems that address homelessness across all localities within the CoC geography of Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire Counties. This training will provide a high level review the required components of a CoC, key responsibilities, and the practices and system attributes that have been shown to strengthen communities’ ability to effectively prevent and end homelessness.

CoC Housing & Projects Info Session

Tuesday, May 19, 2026: 12p-1:30p over Zoom

This information session will focus on the types of housing projects that the Continuum of Care Program can fund. This overview will include information about eligible populations, types of housing assistance offered, length of assistance, and other side-by-side comparisons of each project type:

  • Transitional Housing (TH)
  • Rapid Rehousing (RRH)
  • Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)

We encourage all and any homelessness providers to attend. Our most recent Gaps Analysis has identified Rapid Rehousing and other short to medium-term housing assistance programs, such as Transitional Housing, as a priority.
