CampaignCampaign
Company Campaigns are still running with a handful to start in the coming weeks. Right now $2.3M is in the door. This is less than the same time last year, but this appears to be a timing issue. Last year the Costco campaign results, which is a major campaign, were reported by this time. We anticipate this report and several other large campaigns from national firms like Costco to report to us in the next few weeks.  Projections by staff show that the campaign will finish less than last year's outcome.  A worst case scenario suggests a loss of $170K from the prior year.  Some of these larger outstanding reports might be better than currently projected and could make this projection somewhat better.  More will be known by the Board meeting next month on these campaigns.

Community Impact Investment Process
The Community Impact Committee and Community Impact staff led a discussion for the approval of the Investment Process. This process outlines investment ranges - $10k - $15k for General Operation Grants with a cap of 10% of total dollars available and $30k to 10% of total dollars available for investments for Program Grants.

The below document was discussed by the Board.  With the lack of a quorum, all Board members in attendance expressed their support of the Investment Process parameters and approach outlined in the document.  The Executive Committee of the Board was tasked with approving this document on behalf of the Board.  As the entire Executive Committee was in attendance, they were asked by the Chair to convene immediately after the Board meeting to approve this.  This was passed by the Executive Committee of the Board.
