You Say You Want a Resolution!

Happy New Year!

Is this the year to lose a few pounds? Go to the gym? Try dry January? If so, here's to your success.

We thought we would offer a few other suggestions to resolve for 2025. They may be easier to attain as well.

Make this the year you learn more about the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and use it to help you become more productive in your business. (We're holding an AI workshop on February 28).

Discover the many ways you can use your Chamber membership to your advantage. Whether it's attending our programs or utilizing our online tools to grow your business, we have something for everyone. (Find out more at our Member Orientation session on January 22).

Try a new restaurant. Tired of going to the same place all the time? Our region offer's great dining options with tastes from all over the world. (Sample many of them at our TASTE of the Region event on April 9).

Save for retirement. Offer yourself and your employees the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) retirement plan. (The Chamber has implemented a program to bring Chamber businesses and their employees a full suite of retirement plan solutions that save time and money. Businesses of all sizes are eligible.)

Annual Meeting Set for January 30

Join us for our 131st Annual Meeting!

We will be joined by guest speaker, Ted Reinstein of WCVB Channel 5's Chronicle.

Ted Reinstein has been a reporter for WCVB Channel 5’s Chronicle, the nation’s longest-running locally produced nightly newsmagazine, since 1995. He has been a contributing member of the WCVB editorial board since 2010.

The meeting will be held at the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood on Thursday, January 30 from 7:30 - 9:00 am.

New Business Openings in December

November was a busy month for new businesses opening in the region. The Chamber assisted with Ribbon Cuttings for the following: Top left; Chick-fil-A at the Walpole Mall, top right; Bar 'Cino at 569 High Street in Westwood and bottom; Westwood Medical Aesthetics at 693 High Street in Westwood. Senator Mike Rush and Representative Paul McMurtry presented a proclamation from the state legislature to Westwood Medical Aesthetics.
