Parks Maintenance Team Takes Home Second Place at Regional Maintenance Rodeo

Congratulations to Andy Peterson, Gabe Bickel, Steve Moore, Pride Carter, and David Beam for bringing home second place at the regional Maintenance Rodeo! BSPR competed against 15 other departments in events that tested skill, precision, and speed. Their scores qualified them for the State Championship in late February in Columbia, Missouri.

Play Naturally, BSPR's Activity Guide, is your resource for all things parks and recreation! Discover programs for any age, plan ahead for some of Blue Springs' biggest special events, and learn more about our parks and outdoor spaces. The guide is released online three times each year.

Our second annual Noon Year’s Eve made a splash, celebrating the start of a new year while still leaving plenty of time for a full night’s sleep. BRUNCH & BINGO

ADULT PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT

Join us for a morning of doubles competition at our Adult Pickleball Tournament! Teams are guaranteed four games. Saturday, March 7 at 9 a.m. at the Carson Ross Community Recreation Complex. Visit the Adult Pickleball Tournament page.


SUPER SMASH BROS. TOURNAMENT

Choose your character and get ready for a day of play! Compete in four stock battles to determine tournament seeding. First and second place will take home a GameStop gift card! SPRING BREAK CAMP

Come on down to our gameshow-themed Spring Break Camp! Dates align with the Blue Springs School District calendar. Kids ages 5 through 12 can experience five days of games, swim days at the indoor waterpark, and a field trip to Fun Run! March 16-20 from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Carson Ross Community Recreation Complex. Visit the Spring Break Camp page.
