CBX Global Team, our inspiration
Every new year I love to meditate about
our past experiences, the future, our footprint, and how to be better, sustainable, and more robust for new challenges. Something that inspires me is seeing
the positive impact we can have on our society and the hundreds of families under the CBX umbrella. Their smiles, faces, cultures, hobbies, languages, realities,
and more are part of the fuel that moves
my heart and inspires me. But, of course,
in all societies, we have a mix of different ways of thinking, including individualism, and some must learn the
hard way that life is fragile.
The last few years have been a roller coaster for many, which is why some
people ask how many more years we need to be resilient; some may say we need a break to breathe and rest, but the world keeps pushing us to new ventures, goals, and surprises. Yet, regardless of the heavy weight we carry, we keep trying to move toward a better future with commitment, positive thinking, non-stop changes, and excitement. We keep surfing the waves, regardless of the number of wipeouts we get.
Keeping moving to get better
Logistics has been my passion for over
35 years, and I am so blessed to have a wonderful team and great leaders who share our company’s values and vision. The universe allowed us to witness a global change, and we are in the front seat. There is no time for an empty glass; our goal is to fill the glass with a big smile, happiness, collaboration, love and friendship with commitment to our values. That may be
why I read hundreds of books yearly and have this non-stop urge to keep learning more to help others. Our integrity, teamwork, and loyalty to our people and partners are our drive, wave, energy, and mission.

Thanks to this, our global footprint continues with over 21 warehouses and offices worldwide: from Puerto Rico to the USA, from the Dominican Republic to Central America, from China to Bangladesh, and new offices in San Jose, Costa Rica. Also, expansions in all our stations with more services, new partnerships, and innovation including supply chain leadership on many goods like the apparel that thousands of people will wear, the medical products to save lives, the food for many families’ tables, the raw materials that will create growth in many countries, renewable equipment, and the electronics to support new generations and technological development. So, thanks to you, our team, customers, and partners, CBX Global continues to grow worldwide.
In this new year, I want to wish you all the best and to understand that we all are together in this remarkable learning journey called life. Thanks for being part of the fantastic family of CBX Global.

The Propeller Club of JAX
The Propeller Club of Jacksonville is part of a much larger association of port clubs that comprise the International Propeller Club of the United States, an international business network dedicated to the promotion of commerce, global trade and the maritime industry.
The prestigious club celebrated their annual Holiday Gala on December 2022. The event was a Fundraiser that benefits AMIkids Jacksonville, and the University of North Florida (UNF) Transportation & Logistics scholarship fund. CBX Global participated as a club member.
Chartered on Nov. 17, 1930, the Propeller Club of Jacksonville is one of the longest running, active clubs in the USA. With close to 200 members, this chapter advocates for the maritime industry in the Port of Jacksonville.

La Vieja Belén
At CBX Global we are committed to our communities and their traditions.
The Dominican Republic has the tradition of La Vieja Belén, who arrives the week after Three Kings Day to bring gifts to children who have not received any. Year after year CBX Global becomes La Vieja Belén. This past January 7th, it brought clowns, artists, toys and entertainment to more than 300 children in the Nigua sector, in San Cristóbal.
Thanks to everyone who donated their time and money so the activity filled the hearts of all those present. Thank you all for your generosity!
