The first Open House was hosted January 23rd by appointment only. We had the opportunity to show the house to several interested individuals and families.

The10-day notification period ends February 2nd! Be sure to get your application submitted ASAP if you're interested. We will conduct a drawing and notify all applicants on February 2nd.

Smithville Recognized Nationally

OCEDP wants to congratulate Smithville for being recognized Nationally!

Smithville received national recognition in December for its continuing community service to residents and for the national innovative installation of Smart Home Security products in 2021.

The awards were presented in December at the national Resideo Connect Conference in Orlando, Florida.

The conference annually hosts the leading security, HVAC, and technology integrators from across the nation.
