At Southern Om Hot Yoga, we believe that practicing yoga is not only a journey of self-
discovery and well-being but also an opportunity to uplift others. This initiative encourages participants to engage in our rejuvenating community hot yoga classes January 31st at both studio locations, while ALL of the proceeds will be donated to The Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation to fund water, food, clothing and more for victims of the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.
“Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where everyone can feel
supported on their health journey,” said Pace Beattie, founder of Southern Om Hot Yoga. “By participating in our ‘Hot Yoga for Self While Helping Others’ classes on Friday, January 31st, our yogis not only benefit from the physical and mental health advantages of yoga but also contribute to the greater good of humanity. It’s a win-win!”
