Pool Hours

Open daily 12pm to 8pm.

Through June 19: Weekends only

June 20 to August 23: Open every day

August 24 to September 7: Weekends only, plus open on Labor Day

The last pool day is September 7th.

Pool Passes

Pick yours up at the leasing office.

  • One pool pass per person on the lease. Residents under age 2 do not need a pass.
  • Guest passes are $5, available in the office Monday to Friday. The office is closed on weekends.
  • The pool closes periodically during the day so lifeguards can take required safety breaks.

The Chester County Concert Band performs at the Monument Avenue Park pavilion, right here in Malvern. Free admission, plus complimentary hamburgers, hot dogs, and ice cream. A great way to spend a summer evening.

  • Grills on first-floor patios are allowed if kept 10 feet from the building when in use.

We don't come out for them.

  • Soliciting is not permitted on the property.
  • If we have anything scheduled (PECO, vent cleaning, fire extinguisher checks), we will email you with advance notice.

Dumpsters only.

Please do not leave bulk items at the dumpsters. Dispose of large items properly off-property.

Patio Cleanup

Keep it tidy.

Please take a few minutes to keep your patio clear of debris so we can all enjoy the warmer months.

Dumpsters and Recycling Area

Everything inside the receptacles, please.

  • Please place all items inside the dumpsters and recycling bins, never beside them.
  • Items left outside the receptacles are unsanitary and create extra work for our maintenance team. Thank you for your cooperation.

The clubhouse is available to reserve for resident events, and it is perfect for graduation parties this time of year. Check with the office for availability and to reserve a date.
