Your LGLR Session Information (COMMUNITY)

Community Session

The session will be held at the UA Little Rock Reynolds Building (5959 W 28th Street, Little Rock, AR 72204).

This address will take you to the corner of University and W 28th Street where the Reynolds building is located. You will not park at the Reynolds Building itself. The parking lot is located directly across W 28th Street from the Reynolds Building. The lot is called "Lot 13" and it is a parking lot for the Jack Stephens Event Center. There will be signs that say you need a parking pass, but this does not apply to us because there will no longer be any students on campus. As always, we will have LGLR signs to help you find your way.

We will have coffee and pastries from 8:00 - 8:30. Everyone must be seated for the program to begin promptly at 8:30.

You may wear nice jeans.

Lunch will be a taco bar from Blue Coast Burrito.

Approximately 4:45pm Libations information will be announced at the session.

If you will require the use of a projector/screen for your presentation please bring the presentation on a flash drive or bring your own laptop. Please also send it to Kellen beforehand so he can pull it up on his laptop if the flash drive does not work for some reason.
A screen and projector will be provided.
Elizabeth Small w/ UALR will be your Session Moderator. In addition to your team neighborhood presentations, your presenters will be Becca Green with Rock Region METRO and Casey Covington with Metroplan.
Each team must bring at least FOUR copies of your report (for Billy, Molly, Kellen, and the session moderator).

Regarding the copies of the reports for your class members, there are a few options:

You may bring copies for everyone on Thursday (all class members)
You may email your report to Kellen BEFORE 4PM on Tuesday and he will bring the copies for your classmates to the session.
You can email your report to Kellen the day after the session and he will send it to the class members via email. But again, each team must provide FOUR copies on December 12.

Additional Details

Water and a few sodas will be provided. But, you are welcome to bring your own travel cup and refill it throughout the day.
As always, remember to wear your name tag.
