July) our hairdressing, hospitality and some leisure businesses will be allowed to reopen safely and churches to be used for public worship also. No doubt many will already be preparing for this and reorganising layouts to take account of the one metre plus social distancing arrangements and other new rules.

Regardless of whether your business operates online, from a shop or a mixture of both now is not a time to second guess how to take your business forwards. Instead carry on learning and join Sophie as she shows you simple approaches to leveraging the full value of the sales data you’ve collected. She’ll remove the fear from data analysis (it certainly doesn’t need a PhD in statistics….) and all the tips will be able to be created in Excel. You’ll leave with practical approaches to understand how data can support your business decisions and the confidence to put them into practice.
