ArtsWave's Board of Trustees has approved $8.97 million in Sustaining Impact grants to 46 arts organizations, launching a new three-year funding cycle that provides operating support through 2029. The investment comes as ArtsWave prepares to celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2027. Find the full list of grantees here.
The Ohio Market Access Program (OMAP) administered by Ohio Treasurer Robert Sprague has helped Kings Local School District (Warren County) enter the market and save an estimated $27,823 in interest costs. This issuance marks the first time the school district has utilized OMAP to achieve savings. The school district’s notes were issued to fund school building improvements, including the construction of a new high school.
The Charles H. Dater Foundation has awarded a $35,000 grant to support DePaul Cristo Rey High School’s Graduate Success Program. This unique program supports DPCR graduates through college and offers microgrants to help them fill financial shortfalls such as tuition gaps, lab fees, books and transportation support. Over 80% of the recipients of these microgrants have stayed in college and/or graduated.

Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI) is deeply grateful to Truist Foundation for a $20,000 grant to provide assistive technology equipment and services for people who are blind or visually impaired with financial need.
A new partnership between Youth on Course and the Cincinnati Regional Sports Commission is making golf more affordable for young people across Greater Cincinnati. Eleven courses at six facilities are now part of the Youth on Course network, allowing members ages 18 and under to play for $5 or less while also connecting them with scholarships, leadership opportunities and career programs. Local membership has already grown 6.4% in the first half of 2026, highlighting demand for affordable access to the game.
The Boone County Public Library Foundation has been awarded a $5,000 grant through the Kentucky Colonels’ Good Works Program to support the installation of filament recycling units in the Boone County Public Library's Boone Innovation Labs (makerspaces). The funding will enable the Library to transform discarded plastic from 3D printing into reusable filament, reducing material waste while expanding hands-on learning opportunities for the community.
