Talbert House affiliate Gateways, an outpatient recovery center providing assessment, education and treatment services for adults experiencing substance use and mental health challenges, earned a three-year CARF accreditation. Gateways received no recommendations following its review, an achievement reached by only 3% of CARF surveys, highlighting its commitment to quality, evidence-based care.

Following a review of 30 programs, Talbert House received only five recommendations for improvement, reflecting the organization’s strong commitment to quality services and continuous improvement.
Ohio Valley Goodwill broke ground on a new retail and donation center in Independence, Kentucky, on July 17.
