Hot Sheets in Pinergy to Get Responsive Makeover, New Features
Hot off the press! In April (just in time for the spring rush), Pinergy’s redesigned hot sheets will appear in a new, dedicated Hot Sheets module accessible from Pinergy’s Tools, Hot Sheets widget, and Quick Links. Perhaps the biggest new feature will be the ability to receive hot sheet alerts automatically via text or email, as often as every 15 minutes! Hot sheet searches and results will be responsive to work well with your mobile devices, and they will function much like the searches and results from Pinergy’s Search: you’ll have access to maps, stats, and other features. You’ll also be able to clone hot sheets, track “last run” dates, and sort your list of saved hot sheets. Property History in Pinergy Gets Historic Redesign
Property History is the latest Pinergy module to receive the “responsive” touch, so now it adjusts automatically to fit the display of your desktop or mobile device. “Unit #” has been added to the address fields on the search page, making it quicker and easier to find the information you need. Sorting options in the results view have been expanded as well, and this clean, new summary view also appears in Public Records and in listing details. Did we mention it fits your mobile device?

By Popular Demand: Mortgage Discharge Data Now in Public Records
Pinergy’s Public Records now includes mortgage discharge data! Look in the Mortgage History section of a property’s Assessment and Sales Report. While the Mortgage Date and Mortgage Amount can give you an idea of how much the owner(s) may still owe, seeing the Discharge Date leaves no doubt that the mortgage is history. In addition to the mortgage discharge data, other recent Public Records enhancements include Assessment History and MLS Property History, along with radius searching and interactive mapping. And everything is neatly wrapped in a clean, responsive interface. Have you tried it with your mobile device?

Reminder: You Can Hide and Rearrange Tools in Pinergy
Pinergy’s Tools page is now responsive and customizable! Each tool has its own tile that can be selected, repositioned, or hidden/shown. From your PC, click the “move” icon in the upper-left corner of a tile to drag-and-drop it to another position. Hover over the tile to reveal more icons. Click the “hide” icon in the upper-right corner to hide the tile (a hidden tile will have a “show” icon to un-hide the tile). Your changes are saved automatically, and they will update the Tools page for your mobile device as well. From any device, select the “more information” icon in the lower-right corner of a tile for a description of the tool, and select the Show All option in the upper-right corner of the page to display all tiles, hidden or not. Pinergy’s new, responsive Tools page is just one more way Pinergy has been improving to serve you better!

Create a Default Pinergy Search Template to Save Time
When searching for listings in Pinergy, do you typically search the same area or for similar listings? If so, then you may want to define your own default search template. It’s easy to do. Choose the towns, property types, statuses, off-market timeframe, and other criteria to be used as your starting point for Pinergy’s Search. (You even can include “empty” fields from the Additional Criteria section!) Then save the search, selecting “Set as My Default Search Template.” If you already have a saved search you’d like to use for the default, then select the Load button, use the checkbox to select your saved search, and then select the Set as My Default button. After setting your default search template, it will load automatically when you select Search. Open the search map, and it will zoom to the results in your area. Of course, you can modify your criteria or even select the Clear Search button to “Clear All Search Criteria” or “Load System Default.” Resetting the default search template is easy too. Select “Load” and then “Reset Default” at the bottom of the window. So, save some time and have Pinergy start your searches the way you want them to start—with your own default search template!

The Importance of Pinergy’s 24-Hour Status Change Rule
Please remember to update the status of your listing in Pinergy within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, upon any change in the listing’s status. For example, once there is a signed, enforceable purchase agreement, the listing should be reported as Under Agreement (or as Contingent if the property is being shown for back-up offers pending the fulfillment of a contingency in the purchase agreement). The listing should be reported as Sold once the deed is recorded at the Registry of Deeds. By reporting status changes before the 24-hour Deadline for Filing, you help us provide accurate, up-to-date listing information to all subscribers.

Amey Dolan Phelan, Customer Care Representative/Technical Support
Time flies. Amey Dolan Phelan, Customer Care Representative/Technical Support, was hired in July 2019—almost four years ago! Before joining us, she had multiple careers: in customer service at banks and cable companies, as a K–12 school bus driver, and as an Electrologist (she still keeps her license current). Today she helps customers use Pinergy. Her most common calls are for creating CMAs (in both Cloud CMA and Pinergy’s own CMA), showing customers how to set up new Contacts, answering subscription questions, and showing customers Pinergy’s responsive Public Records. She loves the culture here at MLS PIN, especially how management trusts her to work independently to best help customers. She also enjoys the challenge of mastering system updates, which she can pass on to agents and brokers to improve their Pinergy experience. At home, she enjoys cooking for her family and neighbors (she confesses being hard to please when dining out!) and spending time with family and pets. All this life experience helps Amey connect with our customers, and we appreciate how she helps callers with a variety of topics, one call at a time.
