A Wicked Smart Update: AI Photo Analysis in Pinergy
A New Subscriber Benefit Is Coming Soon: Restb.ai!
As part of our mission to provide cutting-edge technology to our subscribers, we’re about to release a new tool to help you streamline the listing input process! With the power of AI photo analysis, you will soon be creating listings using the new Restb.ai “AI Generate” button in Pinergy’s Listings. Clicking it will allow Restb.ai to analyze listing photos to identify what rooms are present, what interior and exterior features exist, what materials are used, and more. Restb.ai will label the photos and select identified features in the listing input form automatically, needing only manual verification once complete. In phase 2, you also will be able to add AI-generated human-like public remarks based on your photos and listing data, saving you both time and effort. We’re confident Restb.ai’s AI technology will save agents and admins countless hours of listing input and will result in greater listing accuracy!

Good Call! Announcing a New Pinergy Home Page for Your Phone
Mobile devices now account for more than 60% of all website traffic, and that number continues to rise. MLS PIN recognizes this trend, and we’ve been redesigning Pinergy to work seamlessly with those smaller screens we all keep in our pockets and purses. The next phase of this mobile initiative? A redesigned Home page tailored specifically for phones is in the final stages of design and testing, with release just around the corner. The new mobile Home page will feature a more intuitive and visually appealing layout, with large menu tiles that can be easily rearranged to your preferences. All your search, listing, contact management, and research tools will be just one tap away. In addition, a new navigation menu will be available on your Home page and every page you access on your phone, making it easier to navigate. The result? A faster, more efficient Pinergy experience every time you sign in with your phone. Hands down, we think you’re going to love the new mobile Home page! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to enhance your mobile experience with Pinergy in the months ahead!

Photo Update for Listings 15+ Years Off Market in Pinergy
Older Listings Will Have Photos Removed Starting in April
Starting April 1, 2025, and continuing monthly, we will be removing photos from Pinergy listings that are sold, rented, expired, canceled, or temporarily withdrawn and have been off the market for 15 years or more. A listing’s first photo will always remain intact. Removing photos from aged listings will conserve the costs associated with storing millions of seldom-used photos. It also will help optimize storage and improve Pinergy’s performance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all users!

Is It Time to Clean House? How to Remove Offline Listings in Pinergy
Do your offline listings need a spring cleaning? It’s easy to remove unneeded listings. In Pinergy, navigate to Listings and then to the Offline/Partial tab. Check the box next to the Edit button of an offline listing you wish to remove, and then click the Delete button in the green section at the top of the page. (On your mobile phone, simply tap the trash can icon that appears on your offline listing.) Select “OK” to confirm, and the listing will disappear. You also can select more than one offline listing at a time by checking their respective boxes individually or by checking the box for “All (on Page).” Click the Delete button, click “OK” to confirm, and the selected offline listings will be deleted and your list of Offline/Partial listings will be that much lighter.

Customize Pinergy's “Data View” for All Devices
Pinergy’s Data View is used to display listing details on your mobile phone, and it’s an option (along with Full Report, Public Report, etc.) on your other devices. You may know that Data View features collapsible/expandable sections to display property details, market history, public record information, and more. But did you know that you can reorder those sections? It’s easy to do from your desktop device: Simply click in a gray section header, drag the section to another position, and drop it there. So, for example, you could move the Public Record section from the bottom of the page and place it between the Property Details and Remarks sections at the top of the page. And Pinergy would use your customized Data View for displaying listing details on all your devices! So take a few minutes to see if you might want to rearrange your Data View sections. You always can change your mind and move them back if you’d like.

A Note About Rooms for Rent
What Does (and Does Not) Constitute a "Residential Rental" Listing
As a reminder, MLS PIN does not accept Residential Rental listings of (i) any room or other living space that does not include fully equipped and functional kitchen and bathroom facilities; (ii) any offer to share occupancy of all or any portion of a room or other living space with another person or persons; and (iii) any room or other living space in a hotel, motel, inn, or other lodging of any kind, including without limitation bed and breakfasts of any kind, boarding houses, dormitories, resorts, and nursing or lifecare facilities. Please note that if, for example, you had a listing of an entire boarding house for sale, we could accept that listing as a Commercial property for sale. But we would not accept a Residential Rental listing of one or more individual rooms for rent within the building.

Employee Spotlight
Michelle Cote, Customer Care Representative/Membership
Our Customer Care team is selected with great care, and we take pride in the compassion and knowledge that go into the voice you hear on the other end of the line when you call. One of our star Customer Care team members, Michelle Cote, has been with us for six years. She started as our receptionist, but during the COVID shutdown, her role transitioned to Customer Care Representative/Membership, and she is grateful to her team for training and supporting her in her new role. Michelle assists customers with matters such as transferring agents between offices, processing teams and new branch offices, and other membership needs. Before joining MLS PIN, she worked ten years as a secretary for a local elementary school. Today, she enjoys engaging with customers and coworkers, including her sister! In her spare time, Michelle enjoys gardening, reading, and studying genealogy (she hopes to become a professional genealogist and is deep into researching her family history). Michelle loves to learn and pass her knowledge to our customers. That’s proof that our “Customer Care” department is well-named. Thank you, Michelle, and keep up the superb work!
