Here’s Where to Find It in Pinergy (and Where to Get Answers)
Boost, an optional automated digital advertising service, is now integrated with Pinergy. Boost appears in Pinergy’s Tools and in Listings Manager on all on-market, sold, and rented listings. Also, you can add Boost to the Quick Links for quick and convenient access. It’s all highlighted in our “Boost in Pinergy” video. Once your Boost account is set up, selecting Boost from Pinergy will use a “single sign-on” to sign in to your Boost Dashboard. For help with Boost, you have plenty of options! There’s Lone Wolf’s dedicated Boost page for MLS PIN customers (which includes a chat feature), a tech support phone option (612-284-2828, M–F, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.), and an email option (homespotter.support@lwolf.com) . Or just watch their in-depth introductory video for a great overview of the process. Remember, MLS PIN customers receive exclusive discounts on their “listing promotion” ads!

How to Get Started with Boost (and a Helpful Video)
When you first access Boost’s website via Pinergy’s Quick Links or Tools (or Listings for a listing-based digital ad), you’ll be able to start the ad process immediately by clicking “Start an Ad.” If prompted to sign in, close out of the sign-in window and continue with the ad. Once you’ve approved and paid for the ad, you’ll be prompted to create an account and password, and all future Boost transactions will be conducted with your account details and payment method. While not free, Boost’s digital ads are an extremely cost-effective way to reach the right customers where they spend their time online—at sites like Facebook, Instagram, and across the web—for less than you might think. Just Released to Pinergy: “Recent Searches”
By popular request, Pinergy now automatically keeps the ten latest searches you’ve run and lets you quickly recall any of them. Select the Recent Searches icon (pictured with this article) for a dropdown menu listing the searches chronologically with timestamps and limited search criteria. Load a search by selecting it from the list. It’s that quick and easy to recall your recent searches!

New Feature Allows Instant VOW Access for New Contacts
You now have the option to “Allow VOW Access on Signup” for new Contacts who use the Sign Up Now form that’s included with your Pinergy VOW. When this new option is selected, Pinergy will send a verification email to a new Contact immediately after the signup form is submitted—without your having to manually activate the Contact. (Pinergy also will send you an email to inform you that you have a new Contact signup.) This will let your new Contacts get started working with their property matches quickly and easily.

Pinergy’s new Hot Sheets module is hot stuff! It’s borrowed aspects of Pinergy’s Search and Search Results, so you’ll be right at home using it. But now you can get email and text alerts for hot sheet properties as often as every 15 minutes, and you can tweak your results to display and download in ways that fit your workflow. View Up to 1,000 Listings in Your Search Results!
Pinergy has doubled the maximum number of listings that can be viewed in search and hot sheet results, from 500 to 1,000! So now you can effectively work with larger sets of listings from your search or hot sheet using Pinergy’s summary views and the tools they offer. Select your preferred summary view at the top of the results page, and use the Options button to customize the view. Use the blue Delete and Keep buttons to tailor your results to exactly what you want. Select the blue Stats button for listing statistics. Select the blue Download button for a text file you can use to generate your own statistics. Select the chevron in the blue property type heading to hide those listings and show only their summary statistics (and select the chevron to show the listings again). Select the Sort button to choose a different sort order. On your desktop or tablet, use the green “column” buttons in one-line views to add/remove/adjust columns and create multi-level sorts. Select the three vertical dots in a column heading to remove or sort by that one column. View our 6 Quick Tips on Using Pinergy’s Search Results flyer for more details. Full-Screen Search Maps!
“Big” news about Pinergy’s search maps: they’re now expandable to full-screen in both Search and Hot Sheets! When searching on a desktop or mobile device, select the “expand” button in the upper-right corner of the map to have maximum room to draw search areas, plot locations and points of interest, view listing previews, and more. Select the “compress map” button in the upper-right corner of the map to return to your search criteria page.

Responsive Searching for Your Contacts–Here’s How
Now you can give your Contacts convenient access to a responsive Property Search—right from their property match “card views.” Once you configure and activate your responsive IDX Search (found in Pinergy’s Tools), you can use the VOW editor (found in Pinergy’s Tools) to activate the Search for Homes menu option (make sure “Responsive IDX Search” is selected if it’s an option). This will add the Property Search button to the top of the responsive “card view” used to present a Contact’s property matches. Selecting the button will open your responsive IDX Search, giving your Contacts the ability to find and view properties that may be outside of their regular search areas. Curious about single-family residential market activity in your county and zip code? Then head over to MLS PIN’s Marketwatch page to view the latest report! In contrast to our Quarterly Market Insights reports (which are overviews of market conditions in MA), the Marketwatch Report breaks down key metrics data by MA county and even by zip code. All of these useful reports are available from mlspin.com’s News page, and we have links to them on Pinergy's Home page and in Pinergy’s Quick Links. These reports offer valuable insights into how the market is doing in general and, in the case of the quarterly Marketwatch Report, for your specific county and zip code.

Cloud CMA has turbocharged its Buyer Tours recently, and while you still can create their standard Buyer Tours, you now can take advantage of their new “Live Buyer Tours.” These new tours are simple and modern, eliminating the need for paper printouts! The new features include live MLS data synching, a mobile-friendly experience with a “Route in Google Maps” button, agent and buyer notes, and side-by-side property comparisons. Vacant Land Scam Warning
MLS PIN has been made aware of recent scams nationally and, most recently, here in MA that involve individuals contacting a real estate professional to list a vacant lot for sale. These individuals are not the owner or authority to sell said property. Most often, these situations are for vacant land or a vacant home, and the communication is via email, text, or phone call. The legal team at the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® has shared with us essential steps that can be taken by real estate professionals for their safety and to prevent this scam from happening. Jeanne Goyette, Customer Success and Training Expert
Happy (almost) 18th anniversary with MLS PIN, Jeanne Goyette! Jeanne joined us as a Customer Service representative 18 years ago this July. She also has held the position of Quality Assurance Administrator, which makes her quick to understand and incorporate rules in her current role as Customer Success and Training Expert, where Jeanne uses multiple outlets—webinars, in-person office presentations, videos, and MLS PIN’s booth at events—to teach the Pinergy system and third-party tools, like Cloud CMA. Jeanne diligently keeps up with all the new Pinergy updates and integrated third-party products, so she’s been quite busy so far this year! Being friendly and outgoing, Jeanne’s favorite part of her job is interacting with customers and providing them with the knowledge they need to use Pinergy effectively for business success and improved client service. Her least favorite part? I-95 traffic! In her downtime, Jeanne goes on adventures with her family, taking trips to seaside destinations (Maine is a particular favorite). She also enjoys gardening and improving her health and fitness. Whether it’s growing vegetables or growing your businesses, we think Jeanne’s perfect for the job.
