Empowering Transformational Churches

Greetings!

The Free Methodist Church participates with God in the restoration of Latin America by Developing Healthy Leaders, Multiplying Committed Disciples, and Empowering Transformational Churches. In the last two episodes of Your Link to Latin America, we shared with you some of the exciting updates about what it means to Develop Healthy Leaders and to Multiply Committed Disciples. This week we focus on Empowering Transformational Churches.

Local churches desire to make lasting and significant impact on their communities. But sometimes it seems out of reach. Empowering transformational churches means providing training, coaching, and connection to local churches so that they can create local initiatives that are truly transformational and reach the roots of brokenness in their communities with the resources and skills that they, as a local church, already have.

In this week's episode of the Your Link to Latin America, missionaries Becky Crouse, Tanya Rosado, and Rodrigo Rosado share the exciting news of how we are Empowering Transformational Churches across Latin America.

Three Ways to Pray:

Prayer is central to the work of the Free Methodist Church in Latin America. Would you join us this week praying specifically in the following ways?

1. For the timely completion of the remainder of the Transformational Church training materials and successful pilot projects of those 3 components.

2. For an additional person to join the Transformational Church coaching team who has experience in micro-enterprise startups and coaching for better sustainability.

3. For the Collaboration Network to go online so that our Latin American churches can use their knowledge to be the strategic partners for each other across the continent.

This fund is used throughout 17 Latin American Countries where needed most...which sometimes means supplying much needed medication to a key leader. Sometimes it means providing a computer to someone who needs it for their work. Sometimes it means helping cover an international missionaries living expenses.

And sometimes it means helping a local church in Nicaragua dig a well so that the people in their community can have access to clean drinking water...Empowering Transformational Churches!!
