With our free Video Banking service, you can talk with a MEMBERS1st team member face-to-face from across town…or across the world! Or, if you’d prefer to stay off-camera, you can also use our Video Banking service to chat a team member, or use the voice feature, provided your device has speakers and a microphone.
With our LoanPay Xpress service, you can make a one-time or recurring payment to your MEMBERS1st loan using a credit or debit card, or via ACH from a checking/savings account from another financial institution.
There is no charge for this service when paying via ACH from a checking or savings account from another financial institution.
