The Robotics Teams have had an amazing season amassing 23 trophies and qualifying 4 teams for the state competition. One team has brought 8 trophies home by themselves! They headed to the State Tournament this week putting up a good fight but unfortunately not advancing to Worlds. Congrats to them on all of their success!

The MCCTC High School HOSA Chapter traveled to Buckeye Career Center to compete at the Regional leadership conference. 26 junior and senior students placed and qualified for the State Leadership Conference in March!

Valley STEM students participated the 15th Annual Mahoning Valley Miniature Bridge Building Competition that was held at Youngstown State University.

Valley STEM students attended the regional Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) competitions at the Buckeye Career Center in New Philadelphia. HOSA is a career and technical student organization for students planning to pursue health professions.

More competitors are going to State than ever had before for the Business Professionals of America (BPA). 29 students qualify this year, 6 of which have already qualified for Nationals.

Antonio Cotto won first place in Device Configuration and Troubleshooting, Linux Operating Systems, and 2nd place in both Python Programming & C# Programming.

Steven Canton won first place in Python Programming.

Brennan Baber won first place in Entrepreneurship.

Patrick Blystone won first place in SQL Programming.

Alex Culp placed in the Top 10 in the country and is a National Qualifier for Mobile Application Development
