Key Club Partners With Rescue Mission
Members of MCCTC KEY CLUB went to the rescue mission to help clean their grounds and facilities. It was a perfect day for service! 
Arts Academy
Creative Arts & Design
Mrs. Hackett's Creative Art and Design students held their culminating activity last week. The "Portfolio Review" consists of all of her Seniors displaying their work for family and friends to see. It also allowed industry professionals an opportunity to critique their work. Kaleb Morales' piece was chosen for the purchase award and will be added to the MCCTC Art Gallery.
Culinary Arts
Culinary Arts students produced sample portions of menu items from their Shark Tank Projects. The students worked on the Math and English portions of the presentations with Mrs. McGlone and Mrs. Kolar and then brought the recipes into full scale production for our tasting event!  
Global Academy
Digital Design & Print
Digital Design & Print held their annual Portfolio night last week where many awesome projects were on display.  Shawn Coss, co-owner and artist from Any Means Necessary located in downtown Akron visited as well and posed for a picture with the DDP seniors. Congratulations on a job well done!
Aviation
Aviation seniors took a field trip to Wright Patterson Airbase in Dayton last week where they visited the National Airforce Aviation Museum.  
iCONS Academy
Exercise Science & STEM Biomed!
Mr. Hack’s STEM biomedical class visited exercise science today to better help them understand their lesson on proprioception & the nervous system. Mr. Bellotta and some of his students had the STEM students go through various drills that challenged their balance and coordination.

Valley STEM Academy
Genius Hour!
We won! Valley STEM received $2500 through the Ohio STEM Learning Network STEM Classroom Grant Program, funded by Battelle. The money went to the students Genius Hour projects. Our students are so IMPRESSIVE!!
