A Metron Database backup can be easy to setup and easy to perform. If you are not already in the habit of performing backups, let's get you started!
Our service will back up your Metron image files to your external hard drive. It is automatic, monitored, and onsite in case you need it. Plus as a supported client, it is included in your Metron Support Services.

Our feet are the foundation of our body and play such an important role in our daily lives. Generally the first to touch and the last to leave the "ground floor" each and every day, they deserve care and proper diagnosis when problems arise.
Metron Imaging Software supports Guided Mark-Up for the Lateral Foot and five different measurements of the Foot AP including Talonavicular Angle and MTP Joint Angle. This newsletter we give a closer look to these measurements of the Foot AP.
The online training session will walk you through the steps, the images and radiographs discussing the importance of these Metron measurements for diagnosing foot problems and probable treatment for a patient.
"I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the outstanding support I received from Tammy. I was given the task of having to move a Metron-MD database from a local PC to a network server. I called the support number the day before to go over what it involves and I spoke with Tammy for about 20 minutes. She told me what I needed to do before she remoted in and we arranged for a time to call the next day.
The next day I called and after remoting into the PC we worked together for the next 96 mins with Tammy doing most of the work. When she was finished, not only was the database moved but the workstations were all updated to point to it, the backup was also moved and tested successfully. When I informed her the client planned to virtualize the server she informed me that doing so would be a big problem as Metron-MD needed to be attached to a physical device to work properly.
Tammy is a bright, intelligent, helpful and knowledgeable person who is able to think on her feet. Even when given the problem and the additional issues I had, she was able to resolve them in a timely fashion and go the extra mile to make sure the client is happy. l plan to call her in the future whenever I have a question with Metron-MD."
