One way to get through the rest of winter is to move forward with some enjoyable and achievable goals to get over the winter hump. If a beach goal to the Caribbean isn’t working out this year, then think about a learning goal to acquire new knowledge and skills for yourself or your staff.

As you think about how to address these needs and risks, a CHW can be an integral part of your team. Read More
