"Harmony Recovery Group has given me more than what I have been given from any other treatment center. I went in so broken, both mentally and from my addiction. Most thought I wouldn't stay because I was so angry and broken.
Through my time at Harmony, I was shown that Recovery is Possible! Even after leaving Harmony, the Alumni Department contacted me and asked how I was doing. This meant more than anyone will ever know!
Thank you to everyone at Harmony in Cherry Hill, NJ, for changing my life and helping me through the hardest time of my life. I also want to thank Kim for always checking up on me."

MARCH 6, 2023
BLACK BALLOON DAY
| |
The Lives Lost to Overdose
March 6 marked a significant day for families and loved ones across the United States as they gathered to commemorate the lives lost to overdose. This day, now known as Black Balloon Day, has gained widespread recognition as a time to honor those who have passed away due to overdose and to raise awareness about the ongoing crisis of overdose deaths.
Black Balloon Day has emerged as a national and international event, with communities worldwide coming together to show solidarity and support for those affected by overdose. Through this observance, we hope to shed light on the devastating impact of overdose deaths and promote greater understanding and compassion for those struggling with addiction.
As we come together to remember and celebrate the lives lost to overdose, let us also work towards creating a world where those who are struggling with addiction can receive the care and support they need to heal and recover.

Mental Health Awareness Month | |
May is Mental Health Awareness Month
The pandemic has brought about a silver lining in the form of a transformative shift in the global attitude toward mental health. A growing number of individuals are now seeking help for mental health disorders. We at Harmony are committed to meeting this demand by providing primary mental health treatment at all our locations.
In recognition of the remarkable progress made by our alumni in achieving mental wellness, our Alumni Care Team has organized a series of weekly events to be held throughout the month of May in South Florida. Further details about these events will be forthcoming, but rest assured that they will be enjoyable, engaging, and inclusive, featuring food, fun, music, and fellowship.
