Learn more on April 9 about immigration barriers
Annually, hundreds of immigrant St. Louisans finally obtain their U.S. Citizenship after a long and arduous process that can take decades. Wayne Crosslin/International Institute.
Sometimes we hear people complain that immigrants should wait their turn in line for legal admission to the U.S. How long are some of the lines? Do the lines disproportionately impact certain populations more depending on their country of origin? Attend our upcoming Bagels & Coffee session on April 9 from 8 - 9 am and learn about the challenges facing Indian immigrant workers here in St. Louis and around the nation. Program is free but reservations are required. Click here for more information or to register.
