Bottling Facility Could Generate $58M
in Total Economic Impact in PA


A new economic and fiscal impact study completed by ESI concludes that a proposed Nestle Bottling facility in Centre County, Pennsylvania would have a significant impact on the county and the state. In addition to total annual economic impact of $58M, it is estimated that the company would bring 140 total jobs, with incomes amounting to $8M.  The report details further benefits.

Camden Housing Matters Survey

Senior Advisor Bernie Markstein contributed to and was quoted in Contractor's report on December (2017) construction unemployment rates. Mr. Markstein also contributed to a report by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) which was cited in: 2018 Interior Design Outlook; and,  Business of Home's Industry Insider, Feb 20. And, he presented " U.S. Economic and Construction Outlook" to the Alberici Group Summit in, St. Louis, MO.
Senior Advisor Gregory Byrnes successfully coordinated an expansion deal for AMRI's Albuquerque, NM manufacturing facility. This $30M (now, future $150M) investment by the global pharmaceutical is a major economic development for the state of New Mexico, and was featured in The Albuquerque Journal, and the Albuquerque Business Journal.
Senior Advisor Joel Naroff joins New Jersey's Economic and Fiscal Policy Working Group. Also, for the fourth time in five years, Mr. Naroff has been awarded a Crystal Ball for Home Price Forecasts from the Zillow/Pulsenomics Home Price Expectations Index Panel, winning in three categories. Congratulations! 
Research findings of a study conducted by ESI ThoughtLab were cited in The Economist report, Investment by women, and in them, is growing, published March 8.
