Garden City Beach Home Prices

The chart below shows the average sales price of property in Garden City Beach during the month of April 2020. The average single-family home price was up 37.0  percent at $704,000,  while the average townhouse/condo price was up 27 .1 percent at $220,460  compared to the same month as last year.


Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet

According to data made available by the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS, the average Surfside Beach single-family home sales price was up  22.2  percent  at $386,460  and the average townhouse/condo sales price was also up 12.3  percent  at $133,706.

The average Murrells Inlet single-family home sales price was up
 6.0  percent at $314,431  and the average townhouse/condo sales price was up 9.2   percent  at $179,179 .

All statistics are compiled from sales during the month of April 2020 compared to the same month the previous year .
