Go Rockets!
The Rollingwood Rockets are back! And the swim team is FULL for the 2021 season!
Attention: Purple Group, Black Group and Blue Group Rockets! Coach Steve is offering dryland training! Add dryland training on to your swim team practice for $30/month.

Why you need dryland training to get the best performance from your 2021 swim season...

1. Building Muscle and Bone Density - It is very challenging to build muscle with swimming alone.

2. Core Strength - The core is fundamental to swimming. Helping you to maintain body position and minimize drag. Accelerate faster in a turn, and carry more speed off your dive.

3. Injury Prevention - The repetitive motions can lead to chronic injuries. Dryland training add variety of movement and challenges your muscles to learn something new.

5. Generate More Power - Explosiveness for your start develops on land.
