Applications for the Juliette Low Seminar
Due - June 1
Are your young adult members (18–30 years old) interested in building leadership skills and connecting with WAGGGS and our global sisterhood?

GSUSA is looking for representatives to attend this year’s Juliette Low Seminar. Each triennium, the World Association of Girl Guides & Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) hosts this seminar to help young women build friendships across borders, step outside their comfort zones, and learn leadership practices and mindsets needed to bring positive social change to the world.

Selected applications will be sent to the WAGGGS review board in June for further selection.
Girl Scouts United for Change
Virtual Mini Session on the 66th Commission
on the Status of Women
Is your Cadette (rising 8th graders), Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scout passionate about climate change and gender equality? Are they interested in learning about advocacy and making their voices heard?

If so, be sure to tell them about this United Nations-inspired program taking place on Saturday, June 18, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET. Girl Scout delegates who participated in this year’s 66th Commission on the Status of Women invite girls in 8th through 12th grades to participate in a unique and empowering opportunity to learn about gender equality and climate change, understand what it takes to be a global advocate, and discuss and create action plans on these important issues.

Girls will earn a patch and leave the event ready and motivated to take action in their communities and change the world for the better.

Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida, Inc. is chartered by Girl Scouts of the USA
and serves girls in Manatee, Hardee, Highlands, Sarasota, DeSoto,
Charlotte, Glades, Lee, Hendry, and Collier Counties.
