Find Out How Much Of a House You Can Afford

If you are looking to purchase a home in 2018, it is important to know how much of a monthly mortgage payment you can afford. Determining your budget can often be one of the first steps on your journey to home ownership.
  • Your mortgage is a long-term commitment, be sure you choose a payment range that will be comfortable throughout the years.
  • Determining a comfortable payment range will help limit your search to realistic home options.
  • Consider your other life goals - saving for retirement, starting or growing your family, starting a business, or travel - and make sure the payment will still allow you to live comfortably.
F&M Bank is here to help you determine your payment amount with our friendly home budget calculator. Click here!

Freedom Honor Flight Donation
Each year, F&M Bank employees donate funds to wear jeans on Fridays, we then vote on an organization to receive those funds. Freedom Honor Flight was this year's chosen recipient. Two of our volunteers of the year, Robin Pierce (front center) and Ed Rosson (front left) also chose Freedom Honor Flight as the organization to donate their $250 to. All together the donation grew to $2,000.

F&M Bank presented the  Freedom Honor Flight  with a check this past Friday, while also sporting our Red, White, and Blue. F&M Bank has been a long time supporter of Freedom Honor Flight. In fact, our very own President and CEO Pete Reichardt has been a Veteran Chaperone on this trip twice, and hopes to do it again this year.
We thank and support all of those that have served our country. We are grateful for their service.
