WBJC’s spring on-air fundraiser is scheduled to begin on May 19 and run for four three days. You, our loyal listeners and patrons, have reclaimed an entire day of music! We're well on our way towards a second day, and I believe we can do it with your help.

In the Winter Drive, we managed to end the drive over a day early by meeting our goal as we pitched. This time, we can shorten the drive before it even begins!

We can't do it alone. We need you to make a gift in support of classical music right now. For every $60,000 we raise before the drive begins, we will eliminate a day of fundraising. Classical music lovers just like you would rather listen to music than hear us pitching, and trust me, we feel the exact same way! CLICK HERE TO SHORTEN THE DRIVE EVEN MORE

Day after day you’ll hear the lovely echoes of your gift resonate through the music you enjoy. Please stand with WBJC now and support classical music on the air.

With gratitude,

Richard Miles
General Manager

P.S. You are WBJC and your support of the music you love will bring joy and inspiration to the hearts of so many people in the Baltimore/Washington Region. Please donate now at www.WBJC.com and help us shorten the Spring Drive even more!

PREMIUM UPDATE!

Sorry to those who are still awaiting the pocket journal and pen set. The journals were unexpectedly on backorder due to the paper shortage. Our vendor anticipates that they will begin shipping them out in mid-May.

Thank you for your patience!

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, literary events have nearly disappeared. The Lost Weekend—hosted by Baltimore independent bookstore Greedy Reads in partnership with production friends The Stables—is reigniting the spark by bringing together the best of Baltimore’s literary voices and creative talent with the city’s most celebrated food and drinks vendors, May 13—15. I spoke with Greedy Reads owner, JULIA FLEISCHAKER.
