As we begin an exciting summer season, I would like to share some important updates regarding your membership at Boar’s Head Resort. Your loyalty and commitment to our community mean a great deal to us, and we are grateful for your continued support.
Membership Dues and Fees
We are pleased to share that membership dues will remain unchanged through June 30, 2027.
As part of our commitment to providing exceptional experiences, our Food and Beverage team has worked diligently to expand food and beverage offerings. We invite you to enjoy dinner and weekend brunch at Birdwood Mansion or afternoon tea. Aqua Poolside Food & Drink is now open for the season, and we cannot wait to welcome you to Turn & Table Grill and Bar once the newly renovated Birdwood Golf clubhouse opens its doors. The Mill Room also features a seasonal lunch and dinner menu, as well as Weekend Brunch, for your family to enjoy. We will also share upcoming food & wine epicurean events throughout the year.
Effective July 1, the quarterly food and beverage minimum for all Birdwood Golf and Sports Club members will be $100 per quarter. Additionally, our administration team will introduce a Flex Fee of 3% for credit card transactions on all member accounts. We encourage members to opt into payment via debit cards or ACH bank drafts, as these methods do not incur any additional fees.
You may easily update your payment method to ACH or debit through the online member portal, mobile app, or by calling the front desk at (434) 972-2235.

Amenities and Discounts
- 50% off meeting room rental during peak season. Meeting room rental fee waived for events during the off-season (Jan. - March and June - Aug.)
- 20% discount on retail throughout property (exclusions apply) and rooms at the Resort and Birdwood Mansion*
- 15% discount on spa services and dining across the Resort (does not include alcohol).
*Based on availability, does not apply to groups and blackout dates apply.
